New customer to PlusNet and put new SIM in and I still after one week have no download facility. I've got calls and txt facility but no download what so ever.
My number has been successfully been ported across and I've tried several times to reboot but to no avail.
I need this fixed.
Anyone....preferably someone from Plusnet to get this resolved would be good???!!
