No data - not even the 4G icon in the top bar

Hi

A while ago, I Iost all data connection on my Samsung Galaxy Note 3.  (Wifi is fine)

I have lost the little double arrow icon in the top line of the phone screen - the one that flashes when downloading data on 4g/3g.

I have reset my phone to factory settings and reinsertd the SIM card but the problem is not solved.

Any ideas?

I suspect your phone has not picked up the Plusnet Mobile APN settings.
