No data connection in Portugal

I’ve tried all the “fixes” and I still can’t use any of my data over here.

Chat have been useless as they cannot do anything.

I can’t reset the apn because my carrier service goes straight to EE.

This is just not acceptable.

I guess there’s an issue with the apn but can’t do anything to fix it.
