No coverage in Kelso,Scottish Borders

I have had no network coverage on my mobile for the last 4 days. Tried everything , reset phone, networks etc.Emergency calls only

Plusnet uses the EE network.
EE are reporting an issue in Kelso.

Presumably the mobile base station in Kelso has a fault.
