Hello,
I have had this SIM for a long time now and for the past few days/week or so my phone has not been able to connect to the mobile network. Should not be due to bad coverage as it is the same in central London, and the issue is not bad reception, but outright no connection.
When I choose to manually select network it lists plusnet, EE and others but as "(forbidden)".
Any help would be appreciated.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Good afternoon have you tried resetting the APN setting on your phone see below
I had to do that once lets hope it works

Thanks for the link, unfortunately it did not fix the issue.

Was able to fix it by manually selecting "plusnet - EE (forbidden)" after which it no longer shows the forbidden part and connection seems to be back to normal. 🤔
