I ordered a PN mobile sim on Thursday 12th and was told it would arrive today Saturday and sure enough it has.
On the info with the sim, it says it will activated 2 days after the confirmation of dispatch email but to date I haven't received an email.
Could someone look at that for me please?

OK sim in phone received text from PN saying I'm up and running and can make calls etc, but when I try to ring someone it tells me the sim is using roaming - that can't be right surely?
