No cashback recieved

I switched to Plusnet on the 15th June when the offer for 5gb for £10 a month with a £50 reward card was offered.  This switch was in fact a downgrade for me. This was a slightly lesser package than I was receiving from my old provider for the same money, however the £50 reward incentive is what sealed it and made me join Plusnet.

 

My signup was the 15th June when the offer was live with the reward supposedly being sent within 45 days.

 

So here we are 46 days later and no sign of any reward card and no emails etc ( and yes I have checked my spam folder)

 

I have attached a screenshot of the offer (that was on HUKD at the time) .

 

Can you please investigate this
