No UDP on port 5060? (Aka SIP...)

I can receive VoIP calls from my SIP trunk on a Windows client via broadband (Vodafone now), and on my Xiaomi Android phone via the BB connection, bit when I disconnect from WiFi and use Plusnet 4g, the connectivity is gone.... So this must not be available from Plusnet mobile?

Dress it in a flavour of "unsupported" at will.. anyone had luck with SIP connection via Plusnet mobile?

The EE network uses. CGNAT and so VoIP is unlikely to work I'm afraid.

Is there an MVNO where SIP would work? Giffgaff on O2 perhaps?

Another option albeit techy option could be to use a VPN?

I use Openvpn on my phone to connect to my home network.

The VPN server being a Raspberry Pi.

The VPN tunnels through the mobile networks CGNAT.
