No Signal - no way to contact provider

I have no signal on my mobile phone. I have tried the usual switch off/on, remove sim card to no avail. I am unable to contact Plusnet as I cannot call them and I do not use Twitter. How am I supposed to fix this issue?

Hey there @Roonel please try the below checks:

 

Turn air plane mode on and off; you can find this easily within the settings of your handset.
Reboot the handset. (you do so by turning the handset off, taking the SIM out, putting the SIM back in and turning the handset back on)
Ensure all updates are complete (this includes both handset updates and carrier settings)
Try the SIM in a different phone. If you're unable to do this then please try a different SIM in your phone.
Manually connect to the network
