No Service

Can somebody at PlusNet (or anyone) please tell me why my mobile states No Service, and has been on and off like this since 28th July.

Is the lack of service in one locality?
If so, the lack of service might be due to an issue with a cell base station near your location.
As Plusnet mobile uses the EE network, what does the EE starys checker report?

Many thanks for your suggestion. After checking there was a fault with the EE network in our locality, which has since been resolved and I now have Service back.
