No Reward Card Email

Hi

I joined Plusnet on 3rd December.  I went through the moneysavingexpert link to avail of the £25 reward card.  It stated online I would receive an email in 10 days from start of contract but I have not received an email as yet.

Can you please advise what I need to do to get the email sent.

I'm sorry to hear there has been no communication surrounding your cashback. So we can look into this for you, can you please private message:

- your full name & confirmation that you are the account holder
- your full address including postcode
- the mobile number in question?

Hi

 

I joined Plusnet in November 2019.  I went through Plusnet's website and there was a special offer of a £30 reward card.  It stated online I would receive an email in 10 days from start of contract but I have not received an email as yet.

Can you please advise what I need to do to get the email sent?

I have called customer services and each staff member has been unable to help me with my query and provides me with different information. 

There is no email address for Plusnet and each telephone advisor is not able to deal with my query in a satisfactory manner as I wish to resolve this issue as it has been ongoing for almost 2 months. 

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If  possible I would delete the information. It is unwise to publish all that private data on a public forum.

Perhaps a MOD will move it away from public gaze

To send a personal message you click on the name of the staff member requesting the information and on the right hand side of the page you will see the option to send a personal message. there is very little that is private in the forum.

I too joined non the back of money saving expert , moved 2 sims from three to plusnet (EE) for better price/signal - please send the £25 x 2 sims in the post , mobile numbers ending 3338&0043 postcod3 Sw154ef

So we can locate the account/s in question please send across a PM with the following information:

 

- Your full name (and if you're the account holder)

- Your full address with postcode

- Your Plusnet mobile number

 

Give us a nudge here once you've sent across that information so we can get it sorted.
