Hi @tjccjt, sorry to hear you're still awaiting your cashback. By all means if you could please confirm your method of how this cashabck was offered whether over the phone, online or via a affilite site such as Money Saving Expert.

-Last 2 digits of sort code and last 3 digits of account number witht he direct debit used for the account.
then I'll happily look into this further for you and find out what's going on with the cashback.
