I had already looked at that, on automatic it chooses the only network available which is Orange, in manual it lists several networks all of which have (forbidden) showing, with only Orange available for use.
Myself and my daughter both on Plusnet have had no service for nearly a week now, in that time the monthly fee for both phones has been taken out of the bank. It seems that no effort is being made to sort the problem out, is there any chance of a solution to our problem ?
