No Mobile Signal

I'm getting very poor to no signal from my house (MK19). I've checked

Both say I'm in a good coverage area.

Any suggestions?

I'm very sorry to hear you're having some issues with your signal, there are a few trouble shooting options we can try to get you up and running again. 

The first step would be to take the SIM card out of the phone for two minutes, return the SIM card and then put the phone into flight mode for two minutes. If you're still having issues after this you can try a network reset on the phone, if you need any assistance with this just drop me a message with the phone model and I can certainly help you out!

what's the signal like on 2G only and 3G?
