No Mobile Service in Devizes

Hi, live in Devizes and lost service (Emergency Calls Only) on Friday afternoon/Saturday morning. As of last night I have lost signal again and I am still at Emergency Calls Only.

I'm concerned about this becoming a regular issue, please let me know if there is a problem with my local coverage?

I was aware of a problem at Devizes last weekend. Not sure if it’s still ongoing. If you put your postcode in here https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee then click the check status button, does that show a logged problem?

Thank you - I've had a look on the EE checker, it says there is an issue in my post code that may be fixed in "16 hours" or more. That's a long time on top of spending the day without signal 🙁

Sorry again for the signal issues, engineers will be working hard to fix as soon as possible.

How's things today however? Still not good?

My signal came back late yesterday thankfully.

However I'm not very happy about having had no service between Sunday and Wednesday this week.

Will Plusnet be reimbursing customers in my area for the loss of service?

Ah glad to see that!

We wouldn't automatically reimburse as service problems can happen, due to the way the infrastructure works. 

If you can PM me your mobile number and full name though I'll see what I can offer in terms of a goodwill gesture.
