Hello folks, we are having the same problem here, my wife and I, have noticed the lack of service becoming more frequent in our location and wider area, at the moment both of our phones have no bars and no service, if we venture out of the town, service resumes, at one to two bars, this used to happen now and again, we have had the plusnet sim for two years now, we can't even call our familys at the min, as we have just had our home phone turned off since we weren't using it, now the mobiles are having no signal we are stuck, pretty poor service, which seems to be getting worse and more frequent here, not to mention the price has recently increased again. Plusnet are not *doing us proud* as the tag line would suggest. Off to 02 again I think. From two disappointed customers. Note, we have no service at the moment.
