No Mobile Data after porting

Help.

I have tried all the topics on this forum regarding APN details and still have no mobile data at all after porting my number across..

This is a fairly common problem when porting in to Plusnet . Took me weeks to get my problem resolved

I'm sorry to see you're having issues with your mobile data after porting to us and apologies for the delayed response.

If you haven't had this sorted yet, could you private message me the following details so we can take a closer look?

+Your mobile number

+Your full name

+Your full address

+Are you the account holder?

+Your date of birth

+Last 2 digits of your bank account number

+Last 2 digits of your bank sort code
