No Data

I ordered a Plus Net sim and ported my old number over from EE to the new sim.

Put the new sim in my phone and whilst I can make phone calls and send / receive txts I have no data connection.

My 3G/4G symbol is visible but greyed out. I've tried my sim in two phones, one of which is brand new, and neither have a data connection.

Tried updating my APN too but hasn't made a difference.

Any suggestions?

I had the same issue when porting my number to plusnet mobile. It took about 6 weeks to get it sorted.
