Have 2 new sim cards ported over both numbers yesterday both phones working fine except data not working on either phone tried recommended fix with avn didn't work can anyone advise thank-you.dave

Hi @djr1, 

I'm sorry to hear you're not able to connect to your data after your number porting across. 

If you've entered the correct APN settings within your handset and there's still no further improvement, you may need to remove the SIM and reboot your handset to see if this kick-starts your connection at all.
