Hi, I’ve just changed from o2 to Plusnet mobile. My first order was cancelled because of an error in my address, so I went through it again, then before I could start with you I had an email saying my direct debit had been cancelled (not by me) so services would be restricted.
I’ve been told it is sorted now but I still can’t get data on my phone.
Any ideas?!

It’s fixed now, apparently everyone who signed up on a certain day this week had this happen.
