Anyone aware of service issues in NR27 9PX always had excellent 4G service but currently nothing.

It looks like EE have recently fixed a problem at that postcode. I've checked the network Here.
Are you still having issues or is your service back to normal now?

Unfortunately still not working, tried to get an update today but after 40 minutes in the que gave up.
Spoke to technical on Monday said a visit to resolve in 3 days but still no luck....

For clarification, my works EE mobile phone has full 4g signal but I understand that Plus net only get access to a limited bands / frequency's that EE use so "assume" it's that band / frequency that's causing my loss of service..

Still no 4g, and no feedback got a email from Customer services 6 days ago saying we'll be in touch in 24 hours, but unfortunately with a do not reply email address.
Seems like I'm going to find another provider who can give me 4g

I'm really sorry for the long delay and the difficulties you've had to get your 4G back.
