No 4G

I appear to have lost 4G signal over the last few days, maybe longer. When I reboot the phone I see 3G flash up momentarily then disappear. I’m missing important messages and calls and I need this rectified. Can anyone help please? Thank you.

Re: No 4G

you could be in area with poor 4G area plus with everything with the virus going on it could slow down the network with how many people in your area using 4G if you have android phone you can check to see how good the signal in your area is https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.wilysis.cellinfolite&hl=en_GB

the other app is called network signal info would be better to see how good the area is picking up 4G walk around your house and try it https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=de.android.telnet&hl=en_GB

other app for iphone https://apps.apple.com/us/app/opensignal-internet-speed-test/id598298030

Re: No 4G

Hello there @Lipsticklynda

Thanks for reaching out to us here.

I'm sorry to read you've had some trouble with your mobile signal and I apologise for the frustration caused.

I'd suggest going to EE status checker first and making sure there is no known outages/maintenance in your area, if this doesn't pull anything up it's worth rebooting your device and toggling airplane mode.

Let us know how you get on.

Re: No 4G

Probably unrelated, but FWIW a few days ago my Samsung Android suddenly lost mobile data signal.

Went into settings and found it had switched itself to Wifi only!  🤔
