Hello, I'm running a iphone 6s on the latest version of IOS which obviously supports 4G fully and worked with my EE sim in the exact same location.
I read that you can change the APN but my iphone doesn't give the option to do so. I have tried to manually select the network selection but the two plusnet only gives me gprs or 3G.
If I cant get 4G working then I would end up leaving the network, is there anything I can do to sort this problem out?
Thanks in advance.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Hi UncreativeUser,
To reset your APN, go to the following on your handset:
1) Settings
2) General
3) Scroll down to reset
4) Reset network settings
Hope this helps! Let me know how you get on.
