No 4G while roaming in Poland on iPhone 12Pro

Hi,

Ive only just joined Plusnet with the view to move my main number from Vodafone, but it’s not looking good. I’m in Poland currently and can’t get 4G on roaming, it’s stuck on slow 3G. Reading other posts on this forum looks like it’s a common occurrence, shall I bin the SIM or do you guys got that sorted?

I also had a similar problem in France, all I could get was 3g, others have been having the same problems and it does not appear PlusNet have fixed this, I have now left PlusNet as from my conversations with tech support I have no confidence that this will be resolved soon.
