No 4G data today in so50 but BT and EE users have

Usually i get good 4G data at work but today it is slow 3G. Other colleagues who have BT mobiles and EE have got 4G data no problem.

I'm gonna make a massive leap of judgment here, and suggest there may be a problem with the 4G1800/4G2600 layer in your area - but there might be 4G800 coverage that BT & EE 4G-calling users can access.

Without knowing the location etc etc, this could be totally off-base, but it's a feasible explanation for these symptoms.
