I have a 12 month contract with plusnet mobile for 4GB data a month which refreshes on the 15th of every month. This weekend on Saturday 6th, my data suddenly turned off. I got a text from EE saying I've used 100% of my data and it'll refresh on the 7th and then links to EE to buy more. I have the plusnet mobile app on my phone and it says I have used NO data. In fact I've barely used any data as I work from home. There's something odd going on with my account, can someone help?
I used to have an EE contract years ago with the same number but this is very weird.
