No 4G and Texting problems

Hi all, I'm a new customer and just ported my number from Virgin. I can receive text messages but not send and got no mobile data with an iPhone 6. Put an ee card in my phone and all ok, put my sim in a working Galaxy S6 and exactly the problem occurs. I'm bored with ringing customer services now. Any help appreciated.

It sounds like we might need to change some of the settings on your handset! 

It could possibly be an APN issue, or perhaps your previous provider's profile is still there.

To begin, could you please go into Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings and then restart your handset.

To see if there is still an old profile on the handset, you'll be able to find this by choosing Settings > General > Profile.
