I seem to be getting nowhere fast with Plusnet

My iPhone data works fine using 3G on Tesco but NOT on Plusnet

I have now changed over to a different mobile company and ported my number to new supplier and guess what my iPhone now works on 3G, 4G ok too. So that is three different suppliers where my iPhone worked Ok but not on PN. Yet PN support still insist nothing wrong with PN sim or data. Good bye PN you didn’t do me proud and I certainly won’t be recommending to anyone.

What a total mess I hope you have asked for a refund

They are very good at giving excuses but no good at finding the solution to problems

Just look at the new billing system another total mess
