New sim wont let me on gambling and facebook

Hi guys
Just got my new sim few days ago but it won't let me go on Facebook and Ladbroke.
I have tried looking for live chat but can't find it, don't really want to ring as don't want to be on hold for ages.

Live chat don't work no more ... agreed you will wait on phone for ages but you will probably wait even longer for a reply on this forum. Have your details ready as the blocks will have to be removed by a staff member.

References on here to a new SIM - is that a first SIM with Plusnet or a replacement SIM ... where these blocks were not previously encountered on the same account?

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
