New sim old number transfer

Hi received new sim thursday but still waiting to transfer my old number over new plusnet ? How long will it take

It depends upon when you submitted the PAC from your previous provider.

From past experience, within 24 hours (working days) after giving the PAC to the new provider. Usually next working day.

Ok they done something my old original number not working now number not transfered over plus net

Just to clarify, is the SIM card itself working? For example, can you make and receive calls, use data, send texts, etc.? Please let us know and send us a private message with the number you currently have and what you believe the number you should be.
