New sim, new phone, samsung a14, cannot register on network

New phone, new plusnet sim, tried dialling 500 to register sim, but keep getting the “nor registered on network” message.

tried the reset procedure, no joy.

checked the sim is installed properly.

cant phone pnet, sent an email asking for help. No response.

 

any ideas anyone?

Just a thought have you checked the APN setting on the phone

Thanks, but followed instructions to the letter but the phone didnt seem interested, there was no change at all.

checked each step but no luck.

Maybe a daft thought, but where you are do you have an EE signal on the frequencies that Plusnet have access to?
