Hiya, phone got dropped in lake yesterday whilst fishing, will need new sim card with same number please, how do i order one

You could try "Call 500 from your Plusnet Mobile (not possible for you) or 0800 079 1133 from any phone." Good luck with that.

@Elaine4 i would have thought the sim card is much less likely to have been damaged than the phone, unless it was in the water for a long time.

I would have thought it much less likely to retrieve the phone from a "lake" without the assistance of a diver!😎
Elaine doesn't expand on whether the phone was fished out (sorry) though.
