New sim arrive not active

Ordered new sim on thursday recived saturday problem is i do have signal but cant call txt no internet so belive its not active tried call customer service but reject my call ( used old sim to call ) i did tyrn phone off on sim in sim out etc .

Have you set up your phone to PlusNet see below see APN settings

It is an unlocked phone

phone unlocked i can call no one can call me  dont think its activated yet how can wee speed up it

If try to call it say incorrect number but numbers i call are correct

Im just a member of the Forum not PlusNet staff

I would remove your phone number from the post you have approx 20 mins to do it

Go into Post options edit

Try calling  0800 079 1133  it's a freephone number from any phone  you may have to wait longer than normal

Can you drop me a PM with the below

  • Your mobile number or account number
  • Your full address and postcode
  • Your full name and if you're the account holder?
  • Your date of birth
  • The last 2 digits of your sort code and the last 2 digits of your account number used to pay the bill each month

Ok Thanks
