New mobile customer

Got my Sim today, letter says all activated ready to go….. But No signal… AT ALL… Tried 3 different devices. No signal in all of them. My other contract is also EE and I get full signal on EE so know my coverage!

Any help?

Are you sure the phone is unlocked

Have you checked the APN setting see below

Have you checked what what the Plusnet Coverage is like in your area: https://www.plus.net/mobile/coverage-checker

Plusnet Mobile doesn't have access to all the frequencies that EE do, so coverage can be different.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
