Entire service is up and down like a yoyo, all this is from my home address where signal strength is very good.

 

Right now I have no service at all again 

Screen showing Plusnet 3G only, 4G gone again.

Mobile Data - getting PDP Authentication Failure again and zero Mobile data access

Phone calls - number appears dead whether dialling or receiving calls. Multiple beeps on outgoing, immediate long beep when dialling my mobile no.

 

Are they still working on the problem.  Is there any update at all ?  I’m very shortly going to have to give up and go back to Vodafone !

Apologies for any inconvenience. We're aware that some Plusnet Mobile customers were experiencing an issue using their services yesterday. This issue has now been resolved, if you're still having problems please let us know.
