New contract - lost data allowance of old contract

Hi,

I had a 30 day rolling contact for 4.5GB/month and I decided that I would switch to a 12 month contract for 4GB/month as normally I do not use so much data..with the exception of right now. I assumed that with the old rolling contract being a 30 day one, the new one would kick in after 30 days or at least at the next refresh.

Instead, the new contract was applied instantly and right now my account says I have 2 GB until it refreshes in 15 days, whereas earlier today I still had 3.5GB of my 4.5 GB allowance.

Can I revert to how it was? I am currently overseas and unable to call Support
