New contract but nothing from Plusnet

I have just signed up my other half with plusnet 2 days ago to plusnet mobile. Did this online and took advantage of the fact that we are also plusnet broadband customer for slightly more data/cheaper. The issue is following signing up 2 days ago she has had zero communication. No email or anything. Can someone look into this?

This is all a bit disappointing. So she has now (finally) had an email from plusnet but it is asking her to mail ( by post, it's like 1985!) copies of passport I. D and utility bill. Its a 30 day rolling contract not the crown jewels we are talking about here.. Why all the scrutiny? When I signed up I had a sim within a few days none of this required.

We've received a response back to advise that the information we've requested is correct and the only way to get it to us would be via post to the address we've provided.

Thanks. OK just ask them to cancel the order. She can't be bothered with this hassle and time (and neither can I to be honest!) . Please ensure that the first payment is not taken from my credit card details which I provided.
