I've just requested a new sim to open a new mobile account. I am concerned that a port at this time will not be successful due to staff shortages etc. Is porting a manual process, or automatic? I'd hate to be without a phone at this time, if there is a chance things might go awry, I'd rather stay with my old network (O2)

Hi im porting my number today the port is done Autmaticly only plusnet need to put porting request on System
