Could you send me a PM with the mobile number not showing your extra data allowance along with your broadband username and I’ll be happy to investigate this and get back to you.
Unfortunately parts of our mobile app can’t be disabled or switched off and we don’t offer any free WiFi hotspots when you’re out I’m afraid.
