Received two new sims today for my children. Few queries/issues.
1) Only one of the two sims is showing the extra data allowance for being a broadband customer.
2) The kids have setup up the mobile app on their phones to keep tabs on their usage.
Can the bolt-on feature/smart cap be disabled?
3) which hotspots can be used if out and about, is their an app for this?

Hi there, firstly welcome to our community forums.
Could you send me a PM with the mobile number not showing your extra data allowance along with your broadband username and I’ll be happy to investigate this and get back to you.
Unfortunately parts of our mobile app can’t be disabled or switched off and we don’t offer any free WiFi hotspots when you’re out I’m afraid.
