Hi Newcastle1234!

I'm really sorry to hear about this!

If you have received a replacement SIM card, these are not sent out automatically activated and we do advise customers to contact us so these can be enabled. When we process the activation of a replacement SIM card, it can take up to 2 hours for that SIM to become live.
