New SIM Not able to send txts and data not working

Just added a other SIM to my existing account, but after 5 days still not able to send any txts and data not working, tried different phone handset but still the same.
Called Customer services without a huge amount of success, wanted me to send them some examples of it not working!!!!!! So technical could investigate,
Any suggestions before I "throw" the towel in ?

Is that not working on the temporary (or new) number or not working with a ported number?
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
