Re: New PN SIM?

It isn't relevant anyway if you're going with Giffgaff. You'll have no reason to phone any O2 call centres.

Giffgaff don't have any telephone support at all anyway. So at least they can't be 'useless'.

Re: New PN SIM?

How would I sign up to PN Mobile? Online or do I have to ring the call centre agents?

Re: New PN SIM?

@dvorak I just tried that, and for some annoying reason my card failed.

I was only going for the 17 Gig tenner a month option so I wasn't spending a LOT of money.

Re: New PN SIM?

@Anonymous If I had the £108 to pay off the 9 months left on my contract I probably would, but due to being on government benefits (don't even go there) I don't have the funds.

Plus my choices of other Fibre and landline providers would be rather limited, I can't get Virgin, and I refuse on principle to go back on BT due to their Foreign call centres, which was why I got rather "animated" with Three last week.

PN has its faults (including a rubbish selection of "on hold" music IMO) but at least their call centres are based in Yorkshire.
