Since changing from Virgin to Plusnet Mobile last Friday I have been unable to send texts
Everything else OK
I did read on another entry to switch aeroplane mode off/on - no good
Is this what we call a Spit Port ?
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Speaking to CS, it appears the switch has not taken place on the Thurs (23/12) before Christmas as advised
Now waiting for it to get sorted with Tech Support Dept(03/01)
