New Customer - User name and email not recognised

Hi,
I've seen various posts on how to set up Account initially. I have tried using Account Number and Email and also Mobile with 44 and Email. Neither works unfortunately.
Can anyone advise who to contact to reset or set up initially the My Account. I only received an email with Account No - never one with a link to set up a password.

Hi @Moodyk22345, thanks for getting in touch.

 

I am sorry for the issues you have had with logging into your mobile account. Can you confirm if you have received a welcome email following the activation of your SIM that contains your account username and a link to set up a password?

I got a mail with my Account Number but it had no mention of setting up a password.

Hello @Moodyk22345 can you please confirm if your SIM card has been activated?

 

Also can you please send us of the screenshot of the email you are referring by sending me a Private Message with the attachment.
