Yesterday evening I noticed I couldn't send texts. Then tried to make a call and couldn't call either. I had no data connection either briefly, but then it came back (but not texts/calls). I restarted my phone - no effect. Tried a couple of hours later and it was back to normal. Wondering what was that about? It happened once before, as I was on the phone to PN customer services actually to change my plan. The call was dropped and I couldn't make calls for a while and they couldn't reach me either. A bit worrying. I'm pretty sure it's not my phone, and the reception was showing as good. Has it happened to anybody? (I'm in the South Wales area).
