I have a plusnet mobile with its associated voicemail service.
I receive what appears a Japanese or Chinese spam voicemail message everyday. As I don't speak either of these languages, I've no clue what they are saying!
The number they call on, on each occasion, is different.
My mobile number and the voicemail number is registered with the Telephone Preference Service, but I still get these unapproved, annoying marketing messages. I really need to get them stopped.
The only apparent way, as it seems to me, is for a new voicemail number to be generated for me. However I've no clue how I can achieve this?
Can anyone from PlusNet please help? This has been a problem for about 1 year, that's hundreds and hundreds of voicemail messages I have to delete! Please help!

I am afraid there is no way to get a 'new' voicemail number - AFAIK, this is a central number for all voicemail and as such is not unique to you.
I am NOT PN staff, so you may disregard this response if you so wish, but I am 99.999999% certain you would get the same response from official sources.
