NO ROAMING IN EU. Plusnet this IS a problem

It's probably going to be a case of manually selecting the networks, although the steps you need will vary dependent on the make/model of your handset.

Same issue here in Portugal! Happened last year and exactly the same this year. Same answers from plusnet. Just not good enough I’m afraid. 

Unless it’s sorted before I get home next week then I’ll be moving on.

My wife’s sim works fine in my phone (o2) but mine won’t work in hers.

Hi,

I've tried both Meo and Nos and both work with text and calls but not data. VodafoneP has no coverage here.

This is exactly what happened last year and I got no answers at all. 

Ive tried resetting the data but it makes no difference.

Don’t bother messing with your phone only support can fixit in the backend system has a stop on your roaming. Support chap called Gandalf fixed it for me. Good luck
