My number has not ported, how can I escalate the problem?

Hi,

 

Could someone advise? My number should have ported at the latest by midnight yesterday. How can I get Plusnet to resolve this ASAP?

I'm sorry to hear of your porting delay! But not to worry, our Operations Team will have already been notified of any complications and will be working on pushing your number port through.
