I've had a Plusnet mobile sim for some time. I never registered an online, My Plusnet, account for my mobile sim. I would now like to register an account but can no longer find any welcome letter or even remember the email address used, if in fact there was one. All I have is the mobile phone number and the texts I receive for the direct debit notifications. Please can you advise how I can now register a My Plusnet account?

Try using the forgot password tool https://www.plus.net/my-account/mobile/forgot-password to create a new password although if you can’t remember which email address you used you may have to call 500 from your Plusnet mobile sim to find out.
