As a Life Mobile customer who has now transferred to PlusNet I'm dismayed that 'My Account' access is still unavailable. Customer Service tells me that there is a technical fault which they are working on but have no idea when it will be fixed.
As I have unexpected charges I want to see a bill. Is anyone else experiencing this?

There are no issues with My Account that we're aware of. You can try a few trouble shooting techniques, such as deleting your cache and browsing history or try to open My Account with a different browser. If these don't work, please send me a private message and I can reset your password for you.
